Two years ago I was interested in looking into mirrorless cameras so I purchased a Fujifilm X-T1. I really enjoyed the camera and began taking it along with me everywhere. The Fujifilm X-series are lightweight, small cameras so they are really great for hiking. I didn’t completely trust it with my landscapes though. For one thing, the X-T1 only had 16 megapixels. I often would bring both the DSLR and the mirrorless with me on a photo trip.

Now that I have used the X-T2 for just a couple of weeks, I am really enjoying it even better than the X-T1. I haven’t had a chance to use it for landscapes yet. I plan to purchase an L plate that fits my quick release setup on my tripod’s ball head just as soon as I can get my hands on one. They are hard to get at the moment….
