Fuji X2 converter.

Several of you may have read my previous blogs with regards to my experience using the incredible Fuji 50-140mm f2.8 lens and then my excitement when I bought the Fuji 1.4 tele converter.

(View here) I do explain that I bought the Fuji lens (after testing several other zoom lenses) because of a particular Wedding I have the privilege of photographing (the official wedding photographer) in the next couple of months. I have been for many years a massive fan of Prime lenses but because of this wedding and the size of the church, a zoom lens was on the needs list.

You can view my first tests using the zoom lens and then after attaching the 1.4 telephoto converter in another blog (here)

Anyway to cut to the chase as it were, I was so loving using the zoom lens with the 1.4 converter and my increased passion for capturing wildlife, I decided I wanted the Fuji X2 converter.

Now I did do some research and apparently the X2 converter is the best option for the 50-140mm lens however not so good for the 100-400mm, just check out a few reviews to understand the reasons.

I have added the details for the X2 converter below for those who wish to read but if you, like me, prefer to see what this piece of kit can do, skip the technical stuff and check out my images.
