Fuji X-T2 and X-H1 have same sensor
That means you will get same image quality. Both camera using X-Trans CMOS III Sensor with the same image processor. So, We will get same image quality either we are using the X-T2 or X-H1.
Fuji X-H1 features Image stabilization
First fuji camera to feature built-in IS. you get 5-axis in-body stabilization of 5.5 stops, the built-in IS also works with non OSS lenses. The 5.5 stops of IS only available when X-H1 camera is used with the OSS Lenses. Lens based OSS + Sensor based IS = 5.5 stops.
Fuji X-T2 Core Specs + IS + GFX Design = Fuji X-H1
The Design of the camera remains similar to the Medium format camera GFX.
At the end the X-H1 is a great camera but its just a normal upgrade from the X-T2 camera.
